Pond & Company is seeking a motivated Military Planner to join our Federal Planning team. You will collect, analyze, and manage planning data for federal and military projects, supporting design and installation planning for DoD facilities.

You will help develop constraints mapping, collaborate with project teams, and assist in documenting requirements for federal agencies, with emphasis on accuracy, schedule, and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field (accredited institution).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in planning or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting processes, task order management, and project delivery.
  • Understanding of planning requirements for federal facilities, including DoD and non-DoD agencies.
  • Knowledge of facilities design criteria for federal projects.

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Military Planner to join our growing Federal Planning team. This role allows you to contribute to impactful projects supporting military and federal clients across the globe.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data related to facilities and land-use planning, landscape design, and mission requirements. You will also assist in the development of constraints mapping and documentation in support of regional, urban, and military installation design.
