Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of requirements or business analysis experience.
• Experience with federal IT, analytical, or enterprise systems.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and change control.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation for federal IT systems and workflows.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and test criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and ambiguities in requirements docs.
• Support change control and baselining of requirements.
