Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience as a Graphic Artist with strong illustration and design skills; web design experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro; After Effects a plus.
• MS Office suite with emphasis on graphic creation in PowerPoint and formatting/design in Word.
• Experience posting press releases and communications on Social Media; 508 remediation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide graphics support for clients and internal needs.
• Review layouts, sketches, and final plans for production and evaluate artistic media.
• Prepare designs, illustrations, graphs, charts, iconography, exhibits, and digital publishing products for internal and external projects.
• Produce graphic communication products for various communication and social media platforms.
• Select materials, processes, and design formats without guidance.
• Support development of executive communication materials, press releases, and other communications.
• Provide Section 508 remediation for PDF and MS Office documents as required.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks in execution of client mission priorities as needed.
