Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline with 18 accounting hours.
• Six years of professional accounting experience in preparation and review of financial statements and reports; at least two in supervision.
• Knowledge of government accounting, auditing, reporting requirements, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Administer activities related to federal funding and billings to federal agencies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Cash Management Policy.
• Oversee final billings and closure of federal projects.
• Develop processes for key financial activities and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Supervise staff within the Federal Funds Unit.
