The role focuses on analyzing daily bank activity, reconciling multiple payment methods, and applying accounting standards within the Integrity system and related platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related discipline, with 18 semester hours of accounting coursework.
Two years of professional accounting/auditing experience in preparation of financial statements and reports.
Experience reconciling cash, receivables, bank accounts, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

Handle daily functions for the NCTA Financial Operations unit supporting toll operations.
Reconcile data across Integrity, Core Banking, NCFS, FISERV, Moneygram, and banking apps.
Research variances and resolve discrepancies between bank records and system balances.
Prepare and review daily certifications through NCFS.
Assist with routine and non-routine information requests from internal/external parties.
