Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a cybersecurity professional to manage FedRAMP ConMon programs across multi-cloud environments. The role emphasizes vulnerability management, POAM tracking, and collaboration with engineering and government customers to ensure continuous monitoring.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, 1+ year in vulnerability management, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 1+ years of vulnerability management experience.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with government cybersecurity standards is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly vulnerability management/ConMon program for a large multi-cloud FedRAMP/CCC S environment.
• Transform vulnerability data into POAM and drive completion with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with teams to improve the continuous monitoring process.
• Generate and manage ConMon metrics for government audiences.
• Interface with government customers to review ConMon metrics.
• Prepare ConMon artifacts for annual security assessments.
• Assist with FedRAMP 20x ConMon-related changes.
• Onboard new Motorola product teams into continuous monitoring.
• Improve monitoring processes with automation and AI agents.
