Job summary

Motorola Solutions Inc in Chicago seeks a cybersecurity professional to manage the vulnerability management and ConMon program for a large multi-cloud FedRAMP Class D environment. You will drive POAM, liaison with engineering, and mature continuous monitoring.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in cybersecurity with 4+ years of experience and 1+ year in vulnerability management, plus US citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance. Relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in cybersecurity and 1+ year vulnerability management experience.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, GovRAMP or similar standards.
• Experience communicating security concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly vulnerability management/ConMon program for multi-cloud FedRAMP Class D/CCCS environment.
• Convert vulnerability data into POAM and drive completion with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve continuous monitoring processes.
• Generate ConMon metrics for government agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Interface with government customers to review ConMon metrics.
