Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to manage the monthly vulnerability management and continuous monitoring program for a multi-cloud FedRAMP environment supporting first responders.

You will coordinate with engineering to drive POAM completion, generate ConMon metrics, and prepare artifacts for annual government assessments while ensuring secure operations across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of professional work experience in cybersecurity
• Experience with vulnerability management programs and security assessments
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• US citizen able to obtain security clearance as required

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly vulnerability management/ConMon for multi-cloud FedRAMP/Class D environment
• Develop and track Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) with engineering teams
• Prepare ConMon artifacts for annual security assessments
• Generate ConMon metrics for government audiences
• Onboard product teams into the continuous monitoring program
