Job summary

TheCorporate is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure for cloud-based applications. You will optimize performance, security, and cost efficiency through automation, IaC, and best practices, collaborating with development teams across environments.

Remote options available for a long-term contract. You will work with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines, employing AI-assisted tooling to accelerate scripting and automation

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Hands-on AWS core services experience (compute, storage, networking, security).
Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation experience for IaC.
Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Design AWS architectures - scalable, highly available solutions.
Provision and manage compute, storage, networking, and DB resources via AWS Console/CLI and IaC.
Automate deployments with Terraform and CloudFormation.
Apply IAM, encryption, network segmentation, logging, and compliance controls.
