Job summary

STERRY is seeking a Fashion / Product Developer Designer to work remotely, bridging our creative design team with manufacturing partners worldwide. You will translate ideas into flawless digital blueprints, manage factory communications, and self‑manage across time zones to deliver garments for commercial production.

You will own tech packs, source fabrics and trims, and run remote fit sessions while maintaining cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising/Product Development, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in fashion product development, technical design, or production management.
• Advanced proficiency in creating Tech Packs (Adobe Illustrator is a must; CLO 3D or Browzwear is a huge plus).
• Remote work proficiency with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Translate sketches into detailed digital Tech Packs with graded specs and construction callouts.
• Source fabrics, hardware, and finishes that meet design intent, cost, and sustainability targets.
• Lead remote fit sessions and provide clear digital feedback to factories for pattern adjustments.
