Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload of family law matters.
• Develop strategic case plans based on facts, law, and client objectives.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions and pleadings.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on complex cases.
• Communicate proactively with clients about strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and billing records.
