Job summary

RavenTek seeks a Federal Student Aid Regulatory Case Analyst to support the Ombudsman program by reviewing and resolving complex consumer financial and regulatory cases under Title IV. You will conduct comprehensive case reviews, gather documentation, apply federal criteria, and produce written determinations for internal and government review.

The role requires meticulous documentation, adherence to QA standards, and the ability to work remotely under performance-based expectations.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking applied to regulatory cases.
• Structured professional writing and formal case determinations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess assigned cases to determine jurisdiction, scope, and action.
• Perform detailed document reviews and fact gathering from sources.
• Evaluate cases per federal statutes, regulations, and policies.
• Apply FSA program guidance to evaluations and determinations.
• Develop structured analyses using IRAC or similar framework.
• Prepare professional correspondence and resolution summaries.
• Record actions and outcomes in case management/CRM systems.
