Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies is seeking a Specialist, Facilities to coordinate equipment and facility projects across our U.S. network from a home‑based setting.

You will lead planning, procurement, installation, and decommissioning of laboratory, office, and IT equipment while partnering with site leaders and vendors. The role requires 5+ years in regulated pharmaceutical environments, strong knowledge of facility systems, and comfort with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments or facility maintenance.
• Experience with facility systems (mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Working knowledge of NRC/state radiation control requirements and cleanroom standards.
• Knowledge of USP <825>, <797>, <795>, and pharma quality systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• CFM or equivalent certification desired (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment-related facility projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, installation, relocation, and decommissioning.
• Lead contractors, vendors, service providers, and cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate equipment decommissioning with Operations, Quality, Radiation Safety, and EHS.
• Support cleanroom projects and facility upgrades.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and standardize equipment solutions.
• Work with Supply Chain on pricing and volume purchasing.
• Manage site relocations to minimize operational disruption.
• Create purchase requisitions and monitor project spending in SAP.
• Ensure projects meet Quality, Safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
