Placements24 is seeking a Remote Facilities Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation strategy and operations across all company facilities. This fully remote role involves planning, implementing, and supervising sanitation protocols, with a focus on compliance, budgets, and vendor relationships.

You will lead virtual teams, drive best practices, and stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring high hygiene standards across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, sanitation, or hygiene, with supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in remote management tools, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, standardized sanitation programs and policies for all company facilities.
• Oversee remote teams and contracted cleaning services, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards and performance metrics.
• Conduct virtual risk assessments and audits to identify potential sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new sanitation technologies, recommending improvements.
• Manage sanitation budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
