Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities Product Manager - Automation/Innovation to oversee standards and drive innovation across Healthcare + Products. The role supports development, pilots new technologies, and ensures consistency of operating programs across facilities.

Remote work with up to 70% travel nationwide; proximity to a major airport is preferred. Requires 3–5 years of facilities management leadership, a Bachelor's in facilities management, and strong communication and training skills.

Qualifications

• Managers should have three to five years of management and technical experience in Facilities Management related field, preference for Healthcare Experience
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or equivalent experience
• Professional Associations preferred with AHE ASHE ALM, preferred or ability to secure
• Survey knowledge of Joint Commission standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills to customers and internal clients
• Proficient training skills for technical and classrooms sessions
• Proficient in report writing and writing policy and procedures
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in at least one service line within the Product and Innovations Team
• Train and support Aramark Programs through virtual and onsite modalities
• Liaise with Aramark approved vendors for equipment and supplies
• Provide national support to computerized maintenance management system relative to operation, upgrades and training
• Support on-site services to existing facilities and mobilizations
• Assist in developing and implementing facility management mobilizations and ensure full implementation of operating programs
• Prepare operational and budget trackers for mobilizations to ensure timeliness and budget adherence
• Collaborate with Portfolio leaders to ensure success across accounts
• Pilot and implement new and existing systems and technologies
• Publish and maintain SOPs for each service line
• Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in development and testing of new technology and programs
• Develop, implement and maintain Facilities resources
• Facilitate technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities front line managers and employees
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to client contracts and regulations
• Collaborate regionally on sales support and retention initiatives
• Document observations and reports for clients and internal audiences
• Uphold Aramark safety culture and SAFE practices
• Adhere to systems and training programs to ensure a safe working environment
• Comply with OSHA, EPA and other regulations
• Maintain compliance with Aramark standards and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
