Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities Product Manager - Automation/Innovation to oversee standards and drive innovation across Healthcare + Facilities products. This remote role involves up to 70% travel, with proximity to a major airport preferred, and coordination with Aramark's Center of Excellence and Product & Innovations Team.

Key responsibilities include serving as SME in core service lines, supporting nationwide system implementations, and developing SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management and technical experience in facilities management; healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.
• Survey knowledge of Joint Commission standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in at least one service line (Chemicals, System Automation/Innovation, FFP, Mobile Medical Equipment).
• Provide national support to maintenance management systems, upgrades, enhancements and training.
• Lead mobilizations and support new facilities and service lines with project trackers and budgets.
• Develop, publish, and maintain SOPs for each line of service; ensure OSHA and Life Safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Portfolio leaders to drive success across accounts.
