Terrestris seeks a Facilitator for the U.S. Forest Service Program Management Support contract.

The role enables business transformation through facilitation, data analysis, modernization, and knowledge transfer, with remote work during standard hours and occasional field activities across the country. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years in related fields, strong facilitation and management consulting skills, and the ability to lead discussions with customer staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in natural resources, business, management, information systems, or related fields.
• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated knowledge of facilitation, management consulting, training, or business improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Apply business improvement and reengineering principles to natural resources organizational development and process modernization projects.
• Support and facilitate project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives; facilitate team staff transitions.
• Provide strategic advice on fundamental drivers of business performance.
• Analyze data to discern problems, identify opportunities, understand issues, and predict trends.
• Translate data into displays that facilitate understanding for others.
• Support knowledge transfer activities; engage in group facilitation, interviewing, and training.
