Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst for a remote U.S. role. You will analyze healthcare data in FACETS, develop SQL-based solutions, and collaborate with client and delivery teams to meet data requirements.

The role requires deep FACETS experience (Eligibility, Claims, Providers) and strong SQL script development in SQL Server. Remote-friendly with flexibility and a focus on data quality and reporting deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with FACETS in a healthcare technology or payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across FACETS functional areas such as Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting.
