Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. You will collaborate with client and delivery teams to understand data requirements, develop SQL-based solutions, and ensure data accuracy across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers.

This remote, US-based role emphasizes flexibility; it requires 6 years of FACETS experience and extensive SQL expertise, with Cognizant offering

Qualifications

• Six years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Extensive hands‑on experience developing SQL scripts and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
