Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. The role is remote for qualified applicants in the United States, with flexible work arrangements and a focus on collaboration with client and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include data analysis within FACETS, SQL script development, and translating business requirements into practical queries across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Translate data requirements into effective SQL solutions through collaboration with clients and delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting.
