The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in related fields, with a BS/BA in a related discipline and a track record of managing multiple sites and assessing financial performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in fabrication or construction industry.
• Experience managing multiple sites in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience using financial indicators to measure performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manages fabrication operations across the business, including production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals.
• Develops and monitors fabrication production and quality standards and procedures.
• Applies leading-edge knowledge of industry trends impacting production scope to fabrication processes.
• Oversees safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites.
• Manages inventory levels across the business and through the production process.
• Manages, hires, trains, and develops a staff of regional Fabrication managers.
