Job summary

White Cap is seeking a seasoned leader to drive business development for Fabrication and Rebar operations nationwide. The role oversees production, quality, and safety across sites and collaborates with regional managers to achieve efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate has BS/BA and extensive experience in fabrication or construction, with a track record of managing multiple sites and using financial indicators to measure performance and costs. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manages fabrication operations across the business including production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals.
• Develops and monitors fabrication production and quality standards and procedures.
• Oversees safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites.
• Manages inventory levels across the business and through the production process.
• Manages, hires, trains, and develops a staff of regional Fabrication managers.
