Job summary

KPA is seeking an experienced automotive F&I Risk Management Consultant to join our growing team. This role is based from a home office, with travel to Marin, San Mateo, and surrounding counties for dealership visits and trainings.

You will conduct onsite F&I audits, train staff, and advise on compliance regulations to reduce risk. Ideal candidates include Finance Directors, Managers, or Compliance professionals seeking better work-life balance while staying connected to the automotive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience in F&I, sales compliance, accounting, or dealership operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite F&I compliance audits and deal reviews.
• Train dealership teams on state and federal compliance.
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners.
• Help dealerships reduce risk and improve operational compliance.
• Advise on Advertising, Sales, and Finance regulations.
