KPA is seeking an experienced automotive F&I Risk Management Consultant to elevate dealership compliance and risk management from a remote home-office base. You will conduct onsite audits, train teams on state and federal rules, and build strong partner relationships across California, with travel to dealerships.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

Travel

This role is based from your home office with daily dealership visits throughout Marin, San Mateo, Contra Costa & Santa Clara Counties areas. Overnight travel may average approximately 10 nights per quarter if required.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel regularly between dealership locations throughout the assigned territory
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during onsite visits and trainings
• Ability to lift and transport materials or equipment up to 20 pounds
• Ability to safely navigate active dealership environments, including service drives and shop areas
• Occasional overnight hotel stays required based on client scheduling and territory coverage

Compensation

$85,000 – $95,000 base salary Plus, quarterly bonus potential estimated at an additional $10K–$12K annually.

Physical Requirements

• Active driver’s license and ability to drive between client visits, typically 4 days per week. Driving time per day varies according to geography and scheduling
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to stand on feet a minimum of 6 hours per day
• Ability to sufficiently receive audio signals to proceed with caution around heavy machinery, vehicles and other warning noises to ensure safety
• Ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction, and the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make discriminations in sound
• Ability to see, recognize, and respond to potentially dangerous situations
• Ability to physically move in manners such as bending, crouching, reaching, and pushing/pulling items up to 20 pounds
• Ability to stay overnight in a hotel a total multiple weeks per quarter
