Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Extraction Technician I for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in a remote-capable processing role. You will support extraction and production, prep materials, weigh inputs, and ensure quality in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of extraction equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training will cover SOPs, cGMP, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA, WV).
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming inspections of flower and pre‑roll material.
• Weigh and package flower, fresh frozen, and/or trim during and after machine operation.
• Perform basic machine setup and document metrics.
• Fill out paperwork and PM documentation; report equipment issues.
• Monitor sealers and ensure packaging quality to standards.
• Maintain traceability records and collaborate with maintenance.
