Devex, the platform for insider journalism on global development, seeks a fast-moving Project Manager in Washington, DC to drive external relations, office operations, and bespoke events. You’ll coordinate systems, manage vital contacts, and ensure programs stay on track.

Reporting to the Senior Director of External Relations and Chief of Staff, you’ll handle partnerships, campaigns to Congressional offices, and end-to-end event delivery—from VIP dinners to public forums—while representing Devex

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in global development, media, public relations, or high-end project management.
• Outgoing personality with poise to interact with C-suite executives and senior officials.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Office Project Management & Systems: track deliverables and update centralized dashboards.
• Partnerships & Communications: operationalize media partnerships and drive campaigns.
• End-to-End Delivery: plan and execute events from VIP dinners to public forums in DC.
• Executive Staffing & External Representation: accompany leaders to meetings and events.
