Dover is hiring an explosives safety expert to audit how AI models respond to sensitive questions in the field of energetic materials. You will classify requests and assess safety, dual-use, or adversarial risk, providing clear justification for each decision.

Applicants should have a relevant degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience in explosives safety or defensive safety, with strong English writing skills and attention to detail. Remote collaboration with international teams is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Energetic Materials, Explosives Engineering, Safety Engineering, Hazardous Materials Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in explosives safety, energetic materials, hazardous materials safety, chemical safety, defense safety, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of hazard classification, storage principles, transport considerations and emergency guidance.
• Excellent written English with the ability to provide structured safety feedback.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated explosives content for safety and accuracy.
