Job summary

Precisely is seeking an Experience Engineer to own the full arc of product experience from concept to shipped interface, blending UX thinking, frontend engineering, and quality ownership. You will collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to ensure the experience matches user needs.

Responsibilities include designing production-ready experiences, maintaining automated tests, and participating in UX discovery and validation with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience spanning frontend engineering, UX, and/or quality assurance.
• Experience building production-ready interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Experience with agentic AI-assisted development tools in a professional setting.
• Experience writing automated tests and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to contribute to interaction decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready product experiences that are accessible, performant, and maintainable.
• Own end-to-end quality: write and maintain automated tests, validate features manually, and treat test suites as production assets.
• Participate in UX discovery, user flow definition, interaction design, and validation with product and design partners.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, scaffold components, write tests, and debug efficiently.
• Collaborate in code reviews, maintain frontend architecture standards, and use design systems effectively.
• Debug test and pipeline failures and assess risk and test strategy.
