Job summary

Akraya, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Experience Designer to join the TurboTax Marketing XD team in San Diego.

You will own design and testing of the brand’s digital front door, focusing on content templates and campaign/ store pages to create fast, on-brand experiences that drive engagement and business results. The role requires strong visual and interaction design, hands-on Figma expertise, and copywriting instincts, with collaboration across marketing and web operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Experience/Product/UX Design or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience designing marketing, growth, conversion, or customer-facing digital experiences.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency including components, auto layout, variables, tokens, prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on content articles, campaign landing pages, and store/local market pages.
• Own page layout and on-page copy to create cohesive customer experiences.
• Translate campaign briefs and business objectives into effective experience designs.
• Collaborate with channel owners, marketing stakeholders, and agency partners on campaign and front-door experiences.
