Job summary

TurboTax is seeking a mid-level Experience Designer to own the design and testing of our marketing front door, including content templates and campaign pages, aligned with our design system and brand playbooks.

You will partner with web ops, channel owners, and stakeholders to deliver fast, on-brand experiences that perform at scale in both tax season and planning season cycles. Remote-friendly with PST hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in experience/product design.
• Heavy, hands-on Figma fluency with components, auto layout, tokens, and prototyping.
• Experience designing within established design systems, brand playbooks, and internal toolkits.
• Strong visual craft for responsive assets (content pages, landing pages, localized pages).
• Strong copywriting instincts for on-brand marketing copy.

Responsibilities

• Own front-door experience design & copy for content articles, campaign landing pages, and store/local market pages.
• Develop and evolve design systems, playbooks, and toolkits to keep front-door pages fast and on-brand.
• Collaborate with web ops to ensure designs are technically feasible and perform as intended.
• Align with channel owners and stakeholders to translate goals into design that drives growth.
