Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 & 63/65 within 3 months.
• 10+ years in Relationship Management or Client Service, preferably equity compensation.
• Certified Equity Professional designation is helpful.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervising client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Leading client profitability through revenue and expense evaluations.
• Developing renewal strategies and coordinating with Fidelity partners.
• Collaborating with branches, Executive Services, and telephone teams to grow households and conversions.
• Providing formal plan reviews and addressing client needs within agreed timeframes.
• Understanding equity compensation plans and advising clients on best practices.
• Supporting corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and similar activities.
