Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Admission Prevention to shape technology strategy for medical cost initiatives. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver end-to-end clinical tech pathways that reduce admissions and improve patient outcomes.

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
10+ years leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history partnering with primary care, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

Partner with CVS HCD leaders to collaborate on end-to-end care models to drive admissions prevention and risk stratification.
Lead cross-functional technology teams to surface tech solutions and drive end-to-end execution of tech products.
Establish shared outcome metrics and ensure tech investments improve quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
Oversee Epic integration and clinical tech roadmaps to reduce costs while improving patient outcomes.
