Job summary

Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an Execution Trader — Electronic Markets to join a fully remote team restricted to the Charlotte area. The role focuses on electronic execution, risk controls, and close reconciliation with ET coverage during pre-market and cash sessions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of US market structure.

Qualifications

• Direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience.
• Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure.
• Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic execution and exception handling.
• Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes.
• Develop broker and algorithm scorecards.
• Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk.
• Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Eastern Time coverage of pre-market controls, the cash session, and close reconciliation.
