Applicants must reside in the Colorado Springs region to provide Mountain Time coverage across pre-market, cash session, and late review windows, with emphasis on reproducible work, timely escalation, and clear ownership through review and

Qualifications

• Direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience.
• Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure.
• Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic execution and exception handling.
• Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes.
• Develop broker and algorithm scorecards.
• Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk.
• Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Mountain Time coverage spanning early preparation, the cash session, and late review.
