Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable, comprehensive insurance solutions. You will operate in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology and dedicated support to grow your business.

The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation model and a robust 48-month incentive package, plus quarterly incentives, enabling you to build a scalable agency with no external office for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions.
