Job summary

Pearson VUE is seeking a part-time Test Administrator for our Fargo, ND center. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with accrued paid sick time eligibility. The role focuses on secure exam delivery and high-quality candidate service.

Responsibilities include candidate check-in, identification verification, proctoring, and light housekeeping in a quiet testing environment. Flexible scheduling with some weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing room.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbswith reasonableaccommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices,and see details from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
• Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Light housekeeping of testing environment and other duties as assigned.
