Job summary

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) seeks an adjunct faculty member to serve as an exam proctor at the Manchester, NH campus. The proctor will monitor exams, ensure students have necessary materials, and enforce rules and time limits with professional conduct.

Responsibilities include notifying appropriate personnel about equipment issues, reporting violations, and recording attendance. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or test administration.
• Ability to give written and oral instructions in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with testing policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during exams.
• Capable of exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Maintain knowledge of exam rules and procedures.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Remote proctoring requires providing/using own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students during exams to maintain security.
• Ensure students have required materials for exams.
• Enforce time limits and exam procedures.
• Notify staff of equipment malfunctions.
• Report rule violations or unusual occurrences.
• Record attendance of exam takers.
