We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Events Trip Coordinator to support clients in planning and booking travel for group events such as conferences, retreats, weddings, sports tournaments, and milestone celebrations. In this remote-based position, you'll help create seamless travel experiences tailored to each events unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for individuals and groups attending special events

  • Research and recommend destinations, venues, transportation, and accommodations

  • Prepare and present customized travel packages and itineraries
