Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Events Planner to remotely plan and execute enterprise events from inception through post-event evaluation. You will manage conferences, trade shows, and customer events, coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site support.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in event planning, and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Travel may be required; exceptional attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an event planner-oriented position.
• Keen attention to detail with strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with budget and planning, managing all phases of multiple projects simultaneously, and adjusting to changing priorities; excellent communication skills; availability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events that support enterprise goals from start to post-event evaluations.
• Plan and execute events such as marketing and sales conferences, trade shows, and customer-related events.
• Direct event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and post-event evaluations.
• Procure vendor services and coordinate with facilities for exhibit set-up, equipment, and catering requirements.
• Provide on-site event support and evaluate potential locations to support event success.

Education
