Job summary

Bisnow Florida is seeking a detail oriented intern to support the marketing and logistics cycle for our HOA event series. This hands-on role covers email outreach, registration management, and day-of-event coordination, working closely with the Head of Florida.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks per event with ~5 hours per week, remote-friendly and with regular check-ins. Training provided on the registration backend, Salesloft, and event workflows.

Qualifications

• Based in the US.
• Strong written communication; comfortable representing Bisnow in attendee emails.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail for lists, deadlines and tasks.
• Comfortable learning Salesloft, Google Forms, internal registration backend and Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Email outreach to stakeholders using Salesloft with templates.
• Review comp applications via Google Form and qualify/flag as needed.
• Enter approved comps into the backend registration system; training provided.
• Manage attendee communication and calendar invites with reminders.
