Job summary

You will oversee industry trade shows and virtual events from planning through execution, manage social media calendars, create engaging multimedia content, and help drive lead generation across digital channels.

The role is fully remote in Canada, requiring 2+ years in event coordination and social media, with proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Descript, HubSpot, and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• > At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination and social media management in a B2B environment.
• > Experience managing social media accounts and editorial calendars, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• > Ability to develop engaging promotional content including videos, graphics, brochures, and digital invitations.
• > Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content generation, reporting, and creative production.

Responsibilities

• > Event Planning and Coordination: Manage the annual trade show and event calendar, evaluate new event requests, secure bookings, and coordinate participation in industry events from planning through execution.
• > Trade Show Logistics: Oversee booth reservations, event materials, printing, logistics, digital promotions, and administrative arrangements.
• > Internal and External Coordination: Communicate with stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and partners to share information and resolve issues.
• > Social Media Management: Develop and execute quarterly and weekly calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• > Content Creation and Publishing: Produce multimedia content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• > AI-Driven Content Development: Use AI tools to generate ideas and assets and streamline workflows.
• > Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate print, direct mail, and digital campaigns with Marketing and Sales.
