Job summary

inquirED supports teachers with high-quality instructional materials and innovative curricula across K–12. We are seeking an Events & Field Marketing Manager to own every inquirED event, from conferences to hosted dinners and the Social Studies Leadership Symposium.

You will build calendars, manage budgets, and craft invitations with Sales to drive momentum and strong district-leader impressions. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of B2B or education event experience, proven project management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running B2B or education events.
• Experience managing an events budget and negotiating with venues and vendors.
• Comfort working with Sales and assuring follow-up without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own every conference inquirED attends, plus hosted events and Symposium.
• Manage one calendar and budget.
• Recommend events to do, cut, or add based on results.
• Build invite lists with Sales, write event copy, run invites and RSVPs.
• Plan booths, receptions, dinners, and speaker moments to leave a strong district-leader impression.
• Own sponsorships, event briefs, creative deadlines, shipping, booth staffing, internal comms, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with Sales on post-event strategy and timely hand-offs.
• Recap each event within two weeks: cost, meetings, opportunities, and changes.
