Job summary

MinIO is seeking an entry-level Field Marketing & Events generalist to support a range of US events. You will work directly with the Director of Field Marketing & Events to coordinate logistics, vendors, staffing, and on-site operations.

You’ll track budgets, draft reports, support regional activations, and help with post-event follow-ups. This role is ideal for a highly organized communicator who enjoys travel and can thrive in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Clear communication and willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site operations for US events.
• Manage staffing schedules, lead scans, and post-event follow-ups.
