Prep Network is seeking an Event Operations Intern to support nationwide tournaments with hands-on logistics, staffing, and scheduling tasks. You will work across operations, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth event execution and timely setup.

This role offers meaningful, resume-ready experience in sports operations and the chance to impact hundreds of events nationwide, with remote work during the school year and local Summer commitments in the Twin Cities area.

Qualifikationen

• Junior or Senior in College expected; applying classroom concepts to real-world operations.
• Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Ability to take direction and work autonomously with time management.

Aufgaben

• Be a Swiss Army Knife: assist in packing, shipping, staffing, and scheduling support.
• Support event operations systems to ensure events are ready on time and run smoothly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Event Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Web Dev.
• Update schedules, manage data entry and inventory, confirm staff and gather feedback.
• Learn and grow by documenting improvements and embracing feedback.
