Job summary

The Colson Center for Christian World View is seeking an Event Coordinator to support planning and delivery of internal and external events. Working under the Director of Customer Experience, you will coordinate pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure a well-organized, positive attendee experience.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, schedule management, attendee support, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Two+ years of experience coordinating events in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of event requirements as assigned by the Director of Customer Experience.
• Research vendors and venues and recommend options based on requirements and budget.
• Manage events from planning through post-event follow-up, including timelines and budgets.
