Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work evening hours reliably and consistently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate evening cleaning crews across residential and/or commercial job sites
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality control and client satisfaction standards are met
• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff on proper techniques, products, and safety protocols
• Manage scheduling, assignments, and workflow to maximize team efficiency
• Communicate with clients and management regarding service issues, feedback, and special requests
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines on all job sites
