Zusammenfassung

Purpose PBC is seeking a research specialist to coordinate the European scope across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland. You will analyze policy and built environment landscapes, conduct key stakeholder interviews, and provide regional input into global syntheses and strategy sessions.

You will ensure that European policy nuances are accurately captured. This fully remote contract runs 3 months (November 2026 - January 2027) with deliverables-based milestones.

Qualifikationen

• Regional understanding of built environment, climate transition, urban planning, or energy policies in the UK, Germany, or Poland.
• Experience in qualitative research, literature reviews, policy mapping, and power dynamics.
• Experience conducting semi-structured stakeholder interviews across policy, civil society, or industry networks.
• Comfort exchanging feedback within multi-disciplinary teams and delivering written inputs on milestones.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; German/Polish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate European narrative and literature review across UK, Germany, and Poland.
• Identify and conduct 7–8 stakeholder interviews; summarize and synthesize findings.
• Contribute to regional input for the Narrative Gap and Power Analysis Report; participate in a co-creation workshop.
