Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Finance professional to lead FP&A focused on people costs. You will build and maintain consolidated payroll and headcount budgets and forecasts for the group, and analyze plan vs actual personnel costs to explain variances and keep forecasts up to date.

You'll own people-cost metrics and prepare monthly reports for finance partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and a strong understanding of payroll costs

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or people-cost planning.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience building financial models.
• Strong understanding of payroll cost, headcount planning, and employment models.
