Job summary

10x.team is seeking an experienced senior project manager for remote, freelance work (8–20 hours/week) focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated project management content. You will review outputs, assess accuracy and practicality, and draft realistic scenarios from multiple perspectives to help AI systems reason about projects at scale.

Ideal candidates are senior PMs based in the EU or UK with strong stakeholder management and documentation review skills, available 8–20 hours weekly,

Qualifications

• Senior-level project manager with significant experience in the EU or UK.
• Experience advising on, preparing, and executing project plans and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Skilled at evaluating project documentation, methodologies, and compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to project management frameworks, timeline planning, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world project management practices.
• Draft realistic project management scenarios based on your direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. PM, client, team member, sponsor).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated project management content.
