Job summary

10x.team seeks an experienced Quality Assurance lead or specialist to guide AI QA systems from Europe and the UK on a remote, freelance basis. You will review AI-generated QA content, validate technical accuracy, and ensure compliance with real-world requirements while drafting realistic QA scenarios from your professional background.

This role offers 8–20 hours per week, fully remote work for EU/UK-based experts, and opportunities to shape AI QA at scale.

Qualifications

• Seasoned QA lead or specialist with substantial professional experience in QA
• Ability to review AI-generated QA content for accuracy and compliance
• Experience drafting realistic QA scenarios and evaluating technical documents

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quality controls, process validation, risk assessment, and compliance
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic QA scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. quality managers, auditors, operations leads)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated QA content
